By accessing or using FBOFees ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

FBOFees is a community-driven platform that allows pilots and aviation professionals to share and discover special event fees charged by Fixed Base Operators (FBOs) at airports. All fee information is submitted by users and is not verified by FBOFees.

3. User Accounts

To submit fee reports or vote on existing reports, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate information when creating your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User-Submitted Content

By submitting a fee report, you represent and warrant that:

• The information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• You have personally encountered or have reliable knowledge of the fee you are reporting
• Your submission does not contain false, misleading, or defamatory information
• Your submission does not violate any applicable laws or regulations
• You grant FBOFees a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use your submitted content

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false, fabricated, or intentionally misleading fee reports
• Submit defamatory content about any FBO, business, or individual
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to manipulate community voting or reputation systems
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent rate limits or bans
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Site without permission
• Submit spam or commercial solicitations
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site

6. Accuracy Disclaimer

All fee information on FBOFees is submitted by community members and is provided for informational purposes only. FBOFees does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of any submitted fee report. Fees may change without notice. Always confirm fees directly with the FBO before making flight planning decisions. See our full Disclaimer for more information.

7. Intellectual Property

The FBOFees name, logo, and site design are the property of FBOFees. User-submitted content remains the property of the submitting user, subject to the license granted in Section 4. You may not reproduce or redistribute the Site's design or branding without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FBOFees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any information contained therein. FBOFees's total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Site shall not exceed $100.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FBOFees and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
